The Q at London Craft Beer Festival

This year we were back at the LCBF at Tobacco London and we had a blast! Chef Josh Katz leaded our team grilling and smoking all things Berber & Q.

This year Josh went for two of our signature dishes:

Lamb shawarma, green tahini & harissa (to the right)

Cauliflower shawarma, carrot, shug & tahini (to the left)
